This intersection, the one on the bypass and 10th, and the Kirkwood Walnut crosswalk are just 3 places drivers ignore pedestrians as they only look at cars so they can make right turns. Please. Any way the stop e signs can get extra visible on N Smith ? People drive through n and s all the time without stopping. Skid marks are there now. Today almost was his by one car as I turned out of Morningside and saw another later in the day go through. I know lights may not work, unless there is solar?, But I'm pretty sure I've seen other ways of emphasizing a stop sign. Please and thank you. Especially since a bike path east/west too.

Lot hasn't been mown all season. Grass seed heads are 3-feet-tall throughout yard. Notices have been left on front door but it's obvious property is vacant.
