Attn. Parks Department A request to install a dog waste station at the Park Ridge park. We have discussed preliminary logistics with staff member Joanna Sparks when she met with us on a related parks initiative. We believe the station will be well utilized and maintained by our park custodial staff member. He provides good consistent service by the way. Please consider this request, placed in a shady area maybe at the base of the ADA path close to the street circle level. We have many dog walkers in the area so it will be appreciated. Thank you -

Attn. Street Dept. Need trailhead caution yellow marking to delineate area for no parking so the path is not blocked by parked cars or scooters. A report from a neighbor identifying a storm culvert issue: a bicycle is in the ditch and about to enter the storm drain area that runs under the N. Glenwood West street. Need COB staff to pull the object out of the storm culvert and dispose of it. Thanks - Neighbor report to me: In addition to leaves clogging pipes on Morningside that have sent water and leaves into the street, Matt has a red bicycle stuck in the concrete chute emptying water from his front yard into the ditch and the exit under the street. It needs to be dragged out of there before it goes into the culvert under Glenwood West.
