STATES THIS RENTAL UNIT USES WOOD FOR HEAT AND THE SMOKE FROM THE STOVE IS CHOKING INSIDE HER HOME. ADVSD HER THERE IS NO ORDINANCE REGARDING THIS BUT WOULD LIKE IT CHECKED OUT.
