was originally marked on the non-collection notice that there was no sticker..driver marked wrong box...it was overweight. supervisor picked it up for resident and made him aware that it was over weight and that there was cat and dog feces in the trash.

Sanitation issued non collection notices to this address for several weeks. The trash pile keeps growing. Sanitation left a notice again today as the residents have cut the stickers in thirds. No trash was collected today.

Letter states his basement was flooded. Several days later he noticed that toilet was leaking. He turned off that water. He is claiming adjustment on bill for sewage that did not go through drain and a review by USB.
Portable carport in the driveway. Many times a month the sidewalk is blocked by vehicles.
Unkept yard; needs mowed.
There is a unsafe structure at the above address. The entire front of the sturcture has been blown off.
