During the year, likely due to heavy construction equipment near my house the street to get to parking has become dilapidated. At this point whenever I pull into my driveway, the bottom of my car is hitting the ground and potentially being damaged.
Tenants moved out and left a pile of trash in the front of the house, but the "landlord" does not respond to complaints (Jeff Jones, Pendragon). Can the City do anything about it?
Tree-of-heaven that was alongside house has been cut, but there remains tree-of-heaven and poison ivy growing right by the sidewalk out of the side of the soon-to-collapse retaining wall, right where passersby can brush up against it.

Median area where cables where placed in the fall is barren and needs grass seed. They left it in terrible condition
