The cars at this rental property (off 8th st) are consistently squeezing as many cars in the "parking" spot as they can which inevitably means they park on the sidewalk. I have called the rental property company and they have clearly neglected to do anything about it. A traffic cop should drop some tickets on these guys

A deep gully has formed at the intersection of the alleys behind (west-side) of this house. It is deep enough to cause damage to a vehicle if a tire ends up in it. There is another somewhat degraded spot about 40' west alongside 802 N. College.

HUGE pothole in front of our house, this is a highly trafficked area especially for walking, worried about people stepping in the hole and getting hurt!
