There are a few grass-cutting services in town that use loud, industrial, gasoline-powered equipment that is designed and intended for use on large fields/cemeteries/etc., but they are instead being used on small, residential plots up close to neighboring properties whose residents do not appreciate the noise, hazards, and pollution produced by these dangerous machines. Are there any City regulations about the use of such equipment in the city limits? For example, the property immediately adjacent to the Grant Street Inn on 7th Street uses such a service. The large equipment is startingly disruptive and annoying.

Is there anyway the city can paint parking lines on 100 W. 8th street? Before the paved this road, there were lines and since they paved this I believe last year, the city has neglected to doing this causing vehicles at times to take up two spaces. This has been mainly an issue at night. Please look into this. Also, the blue curb for the handicap space is extremely faded and really needs to be repainted.
In the alley behind the Topos building, there is a grease bin filled with grease and trash that is continually leaking old, used grease onto the ground. If you glance down the alley, you can see a long line down the length of the alley where cars have tracked the grease from one end to the other. when it rains more grease goes everywhere. its been like this for a several weeks at least.
The street light south of aforementioned address is either very dim or just broken. Since that light is out of commission, all of Indiana Ave is poorly lit and deemed unsafe.
City tree branch fell on property of 403 E. Sixth Street, damaged gutter. Branch needs removal.
