Missed pick-up/other: Corner of 8th & Lincoln, leaf bags on 8th St. He has had his leaf bags out w/stickers out for 2 wks - no one has picked them up. Could someone pick up today?

Mr. Eccles lives at Eighth and Lincoln. People park in front of his driveway. He has spoken with the Traffic Commission. The Police come out often, but the problem isn't solved. What Can be done.
Resident has been written up five times recently and has been sent to HAND once. Resident continues to place trash at curb with no sticker/tag and also places trash out that exceeds 40 pound limit in an unacceptable container.
Parking enf reported that there is a lage pile of brush that has been piled in the tree plot. Street Dept took a look and reported that there is approx. 2 dump truck loads of brush and that they came for the property at the s/w corner of 8th & Linc.
Bags/cans must have sticker attached. Exceeds weight Limit of 40 pounds. SW
Exceeds can limit of 35 gallons. Unacceptable container/PlEASE replace. 950
Furniture on side yard; large wooden fence has fallen at the rear of the property.
Trash and furniture in the yard. They also have a mattress that is now on the property of 319 N. Lincoln, which is owned by Mary Friedman. The mattress was not left by tenants at 319.
