Mr. Eccles lives at Eighth and Lincoln. People park in front of his driveway. He has spoken with the Traffic Commission. The Police come out often, but the problem isn't solved. What Can be done.

Parking enf reported that there is a lage pile of brush that has been piled in the tree plot. Street Dept took a look and reported that there is approx. 2 dump truck loads of brush and that they came for the property at the s/w corner of 8th & Linc.

Trash and furniture in the yard. They also have a mattress that is now on the property of 319 N. Lincoln, which is owned by Mary Friedman. The mattress was not left by tenants at 319.
