The alley between Kirkwood and 6th street, connecting Elm and Waldron, is becoming increasingly impassable by trees and shrubs growing into it.
Courtesy pickup per Shelby. Resident, Sarah Thorpe, claimed that trash was out by 5 am and not picked up. Crew 956 stated that trash had not been placed out at curb as they pay special attention to this location due to several write ups in the past.
Sanitation has written up 3 weeks in a row for an over size can, now they are stacking bags all over the top and sanitation employee says there are like 14 bags and now he is writting it up for no stickers.
Yard overgrown, in need of attention
Building has broken windows in back, door easily pushed in in back, attractive to homeless
South of 921 W 9th St, there are two wooden utility poles that are very noticably bent. No wires are yet touching the ground, but they are not far overhead and it seems like the poles will break in the next storm.
