Butler Park trash receptacles do not have lids. Consequently all of the trash is blowing all around the woods including the river extends to the B-Line Woods area behind Butler Park.

This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D.
