Large, deep gap between fiber vault and sidewalk. Tripping hazard
Large, deep gap between fiber vault and sidewalk. Tripping hazard
Overgrown Vegetation at 810 W. 7th St. makes it so that you have to walk out in the street along this section of the sidewalk. See photo
The sidewalks are blocked with snow from adams to pine on Kirkwood, all Parker management rentals. They never, ever clear snow
Unsafe curb damage, north edge of Kirkwood between College and Walnut, dead center, opposite the south steps to the Courthouse. This is a trip/stumble hazard, which I know because I fell on my face there at about 4:15pm on 5/1/25. There is other curb damage along the same edge, and I believe the cutout around the lamp post is also a hazard. If anything still hurts in the morning, I will get medical attention. The storm drain between 1019 and 1017 w 6th st isn't draining. Water is flowing on top of it.
Customer wants storm drain cleaned to the West of 1017 W. 6th Street, on the South side of the road.
Clean out clogged storm drain.
On W. 9th St at the gutter drain just to the west of the BUtler Park Community gardens Parking lot, there is an increasingly large hole that I fear a person, bike, or eventually a car might fall into.
Dry grate with inches of water around it. At least part of this grate is above grade so there is 2-3 inches of standing water after every rain. The sidewalk and yard get soaked by passing cars and there is usually standing water in the intersection that never drains, just eventually evaporates
Drainage channel near 10th and Fairview is clogged with debris from recent flooding events. It needs to be dug out to allow water to drain and avoid breeding mosquitoes. Location is halfway between Fairview and the path connecting Butler Park to the B line.
