The person in apartment 3 leaves his empty trash cans on the sidewalk for days after pick up. They are still out there. I have not seen him to tell him about it and he is not there when I knock. Large branch has broken off maple tree at NW corner of 7th and Maple and is hanging precariously. High winds this afternoon and evening could cause it to injure someone. Hard to see in my photo but it is definitely broken off.
