Has water coming in through basement wall. Service has been shut off for a while.
JENNIER FROM RISK CALLED ME , I HAD TROY POWELL TO GO CHECK WATER HEATER, MR CARNES SAID WATER HEATER VLWN WHEN CBU TURNED FIRE HYDRANT WATER BACK ON AFTER WORKING ON FIRE HYDRANT IN AREA. HE WAS CUSSING AND ANGRY AT WORKERS, BETTY GRUBB ON CONTROL
Old windows were stacked in the alley directly behind the above address. The window have fell over and glass is everywhere.
Weeds are overgrown on the utility poles, cable lines, and have grown onto the house next door.
At 1008 or 1012 W. Kirkwood Ave. there is a truck full of trash by the alley. The gargae is still horrible.
