Caller stated that the house has been vacant for 6 - 8 months. He is now seeing people coming and going leaving the doors open. He is concerned about the safety of the house and that vagrants are sleeping in it.

Pine and privet trees have grown over the sidewalk; must turn sideways or walk in street to get by. Feels dangerous at night.
property is abandoned and listed for sale, building windows and doors need to be properly secured to prevent entry (north window is open)
Hasn't been mowed all year, believe an elderly couple live there, may need help.
