Catherine Pierce (goes by Cathy) called in to complain about her neighbors parking in front of her ADA accessible ramp that is in front of her home (on the Fairview Side). The neighboring area has the Rock Climbing facility and they are often blocking her ramp and she cannot get out. Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. Thank you.
