requesting snow plow for the alley that runs east/west between Rogers & Madison St please. the alley is between 1405 & 1409 S Rogers embankment from Rogers Street plowing has fully blocked the west entrance to the alley thank you!

It Is believed this home is being used as a sober living home. They are charging recovering addicts for a bed. I do not believe they have been approved for this by HAND or have any of the proper documentation to run a place of this nature. The company seems to be scamming people for money to get these homes in their program.

Building manager has not plowed and says the apartment complex/commercial tenant space is not their responsibility. Tenants have been having to park at Hoosier Heights a few blocks down the road and clients with the businesses have fallen.
