Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. Hello! I'm not sure if this is the appropriate way to address this but I have an issue with construction debris. I live on South Madison Street between Grimes/Patterson and Hillside. The warehouse that runs the length of the street (between us & Switchyard Park) appears to be doing some sort of construction or remodeling. The top half of the outside wall was partially removed by them and more came down during the storms a couple of weeks ago. This siding and other items have been left at the end of our lots. In addition, we now have graffiti to look at which is a first in the over twenty years that I've lived in this house. Not only is it an eyesore but I can't take a lawnmower into that area. It's been weeks now & the owners aren't doing anything about it. I would greatly appreciate it if something can be done to get this mess cleaned up and to ensure that they clean up after themselves in the future. Thank you very much!
