On game days, people want to park on both sides of Fritz Dr. In spite of signage that restricts to one side only. We are a cul de sac and the no parking signs are facing the wrong way. Can we get the signage corrected so we are not blocked from getting in and out on game day?

The stop sign posted at the corner of our lot (where E Gilbert Dr and N Laverne Dr intersect) is missing. Currently, the post is standing with no sign indicating "STOP." As this is a hazard to the vehicle and pedestrian traffic in our neighborhood, would it be possible to replace the sign quickly?

It smells very strongly of sewage coming from Cascades Creek at 210 E. Gilbert. We are in the process of purchasing this house and property, and we really don't want to smell it every day! There are 4 screws missing from this manhole cover. The smell from the sewage is coming up through the holes and it smells terrible.
