The person at this house has had two snow plows stored on the street since winter. The one plow is fairly wide and it is a hazard with the cars parked on the other side of the road.

I put in a uReport for a block street but I think that was a wrong category choice. That was #176656. Now I would like to know if people are able to buy permits for parking their plows on the street? The substation wall at 11th & Rogers is becoming an eyesore. My wish is that the graffiti be painted over in full (not patches) as soon as possible after it is done to discourage future tags. It would be wonderful to have the full brick areas repainted as the patchwork painting highlights the exact location of past graffiti and will make covering future graffiti much easier.

Dead crab apple tree on city-owned tree plot (between sidewalk and street). Reported last year but no action was taken. Tree is still dead...

Last year the City replaced a dead tree in the tree plot with a service berry. However, the service berry is now more than half dead, including the main trunk. Can you replace it with something else? The City did water it all last year so I don't know what happened. Thanks.

Alley alongside 715 w 13th. Car parked in alley.

Sidewalks were recently replaced on two blocks of west 13th. But one half block from Fairview west to the next East-West alley was untouched. This is what it looks like. A neighbor living on this block is in a wheelchair. The sidewalk is unsafe and not navigable. Why was this half block omitted in the much needed replacement?
