This shop, Quality Imports Service, regularly parks in front of the yellow 'no parking' curb. When there is a vehicle parked up near the stop sign it makes the intersection more dangerous than it already is. Thank you.
Several months ago a vehicle drove into and knocked down a light pole on the opposite corner. Due to that, there have been metal cables coiled up on the corner of 11th and Fairview. Now they have fallen into the right of way of the sidewalk. This is dangerous and I respectfully ask that it be fixed. Thank you.

A car has been abandoned across the way from my front door. It’s been sitting theirs since Monday and it has no plates and no one has been by to move it. It’s taking up parking for other residents and my self. Any possible way we can get this towed away? I have five kids and is kinda of a nuisance to have to park down the block and take a extra walking distance to get the safely to our door!
Preditory nighttime towing aganst 11pm noise ordance with in a residential areia. Failure to file a police report to withold vehicle in compliance with the towimg ordance. Admited on video to kickback arangements with a apartment complex.
The person who lives at this address produces unreasonable noise on a regular basis in their truck. Most definitely this is a diesel truck and yes, those are louder than other vehicles. However, this person has the need to accelerate intensely on Fairview from stop sign to stop sign and then loudly accelerate the short distance to their house. This happens most every single day and multiple times as this person regularly comes and goes with and without a trailer full of equipment. According to Bloomington's Municipal Code section 14.09.040, unreasonable noise shall mean sound that is of a volume, frequency, or pattern that prevents, disrupts, injures, or endangers the health, safety, welfare, prosperity, comfort or repose of reasonable persons of ordinary sensitivities within the city of Bloomington, given the time of day or environment in which the sound is made. Also included, and described in more detail in Section 14.09.030 of the Bloomington Municipal Code, is unreasonable noise from cars including specifics about mufflers and baffles. It is unknown as to if this is an OEM/stock exhaust system but it is disruptive on a regular basis even when inside a house with all the windows closed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I wanted to report that a city tree, that the city planted in the tree plot a couple years ago has been cut down, I assume by the adjoining property owner. Wanted the city to be aware of it, since you guys took the time and money to put it in.
