Caller stated that the back yard looks like a jungle and the front yard is not much better. He stated this has been a problem for years and that we have never done anything about it. He would not give his name.

Despite previous warnings from city staff, there continue to be cars parked in the front yard. Tonight, one car in the yard and one car blocking the sidewalk. We also have photo from 6/14 of a car parked in the yard.
