Grass is high.
Yard is so over grown that you can't see the house number.
The caller was not sure if this is in the 600 or 700 block. She stated that it has not been cut all summer. She walks by here every day to get to the bus stop. Snakes are now coming out onto the sidewalk. The house has red and green lights on the front porch that are on 24 - 7
Hollyhocks growing over sidewalk -- can't walk the sidewalk.
Vacant lot across from 916 S. Morton is very overgrown and homeless are living there, caller stated that she has been approched several times while out in her yard. Caller also stated that there are small trees growing along rail road tracks and weeds are overgrown and she would like those mowed down because the homeless will live there after it gets taller.
Trash all over the yard. Trash piled next to the side door of the house. Caller said that this is a continuing problem, and the residents should have to pay a fine.
Bags of trash around house litter in yard refrigerator in yard.
Trash bags are allowed to sit permanently in the front yard, there is trash in the back yard, and usually at least three bags of beer and whiskey bottles.
Tall bushes of neighbor make it difficult for her to see when she pulls in and out of her driveway. We had a complaint from her on this on May 2nd, #5056.
