Citizen states that this should be 2nd call on this property. Yard has not been mowed all year. He doesn't feel that anything is being done because he thinks that a City Employee owns the property. The grass is very tall and is attracting mosquitoes.

Caller's mom lives across alley and is 97. Weeds at 606 are so overgrown they have pushed the retaining wall out into the alley & mom is trying to pick blocks up. Also "5 or 6 IU students" living there; occupant load is 3.
Other/Wanst us to start picking up her trash from her porch. She said we have done it for years and she needs it to start again.
