The whole cul-de-sac needs to be cleaned up. Lots of trash around all units. Trash bins not removed on day of service. Cars parked in yards. Please cite residents and owners, this is a habitual problem.

Trash and construction debris with nails, broken glass and trash in the side and back yard at 501. You can walk in the yard of 429 to see behind the house.
Several properties on S. Village Court have trash
Old dirty mattress dumped on side of road and lots of debris and a shopping cart. All on a road leading to highland park school. If turning from 48, left onto park square drive going south, the trash and shopping cart are on left and right side of the road. Further south next to a reduced school speed limit sign is the old mattress on the right that sticks slightly out into the road.
Light on south west corner of Harvey and Middle Ct
trash continually an issue, blows into neighbors yards. Despite efforts to keep clean, this property continues with putting trash outside.
