The sign at the corner that has the names of the streets is leaning toward the east, as if it has been hit by a car or something.

The garbage cans are still here and the recycling bin is still filled with rotting trash. It smells like something has died. Multiple (maybe 8) very large trees of heaven growing along alley on east end of lot. Might be on City property, hard to tell. Trees are 2-3 feet in diameter. These trees are annually a source of many small invasive trees of heaven on nearby properties.

This has probably been mentioned before. Every time it rains, a large pool of water forms on the south side of 12th Street across from the Dominoes parking lot. It's not so bad when it's warm enough, but it's really slippery and dangerous when it freezes. Can a drain be put in right there?
