Tenants have been parking in the alley on the west side of this property, blocking it. There are two parking spots there, but they are parking three cars in the location and that prevents access to and egress from the alley. The tenants might not realize that it is an alley and needs to be kept open.

The tenants at this property regularly block the alley on the west side of the garage. They park three vehicles where there are only two spots. The third vehicle blocks the alley.

We are wondering if the E/W stretch of concrete between 707 N. Lincoln and 711 N. Lincoln is an alley (public thoroughfare) or a driveway (private property). If the former, the resident/tenant at 707 has blocked passage through it with stones and a basketball court. We have assumed for a long time that this is actually an alley and would like to be able to walk down this stretch, but if it is indeed private property we would like that made clear so that we not trespass.

The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

Construction workers were blocking the driveway at the home and make it impossible to leave the driveway. The driveway has a massive curb that will ruin the front of the car if you were to drive over it. Lead to the side of my car getting scraped up due to these workers not parking in the street. There is no need to be parking in a residents driveway
