We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Please see both #182475 and #182390. The light was replaced a block west (Cottage Grove / Washington intersection), but the purple light is still there at Lincoln / Cottage Grove. Was Duke made aware of this light, also?

Property owner blew leaves all over sidewalks along both Cottage Grove and Lincoln, where they have piled up and are blocking passage and making the walkways slippery and dangerous. If the City refuses to pick up leaves, they should at least follow through and fine people who blow leaves onto ther people's property or public thoroughfares. The argument that the leaves will eventually decay is specious; that line of thought could be extended to saying that there is no need for laws at all because eventually everyone alive today will one day be dead.
