On the sidewalk on the corner of 8th and Washington, there is a square stone block embedded in the sidewalk. It is a tripping hazard. I have stumbled on it twice and this second time I broke my toe. I am not sure what it’s doing there, but it is immovable. It is on 8th St, beside the Stone Mansion on the corner.

Good Morning, can you please refer me .who i would need to contact.Our son attends IU, we signed a lease with Omega properties. And they are not cooperating with us. We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures.
