Japanese knotweed growing all around deck-like area in backyard on NE corner of lot.
Japanese knotweed growing all around deck-like area in backyard on NE corner of lot.
Many trees-of-heaven growing in backyard (southside of house) around deck. Also, *large* tree-of-heaven close to the SW corner of lot.
Many trees-of-heaven growing in backyard along the alley (east property line).
NW corner of lot has Japanese knotweed and tree-of-heaven growing along the property line, providing privacy. Not clear if it is this address or 214 E. 11th or both, but given that HAND doesn't like these plants, they will need to be removed by someone.
Lots of junk lying around unprotected from weather in backyard behind the garage including an old, rotted-out VW sitting near the NE corner of lot, all clearly visible from street and alley.
The trash has been out there since before graduation and now appears to have been gone through by animals. This is terrible and I am afraid this attract rats amongst other things.
See case #201536 (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=201536). Apparently, Ms. Hayes has not had the opportunity to follow through with her promise, "I will continue to monitor", because the large, bed-like object remains at the rear (west side) of this property alongside the alley where is has been for at least a year. It has painted on it a cartoon head of a large, white rabbit sporting a bow-tie, accompanied by the words "Phi Tau".
My neighbors have had bags of garbage collecting on their front porch for weeks, and now it has been dumped in their front yard. I’m fairly certain there’s a pile of bags in the back too.
Resident (or visitor) driving a silver Ford Edge (IN-214EKW, I think) turned left (west) onto 11th Street from Lincoln and sped down the entire block against the one-way posted direction to get to Washington Street. This short block has no sidewalks and visibility is difficult given the mature, evergreen conifers in the area. People and animals are often walking in the street and are not expecting a careless driver to travel in that direction. This is definitely not the street to drive down the wrong way. Please advise this person that rules are there for a reason, and unilaterally disregarding them due to perceived inconvenience is selfish and uncivil, in addition to being a traffic violation.
Disgusting amounts of trash on side of house
