Hello, I’m outside of the country until the end of the month of June. My postal Mail has been stopped. At the intersection of Clark and 8th Street, there is a house that the owner has completely filled with old newspapers. Now that the house has no more space he is starting to put newspapers into the front yard. The owner has also put gas containers in front of the building. I am concerned that this is a big fire hazard.
