Pothole in right lane (East side), right before the entrance to Meadowpark Apartments. It may be a maintenance hole cover where the asphalt has worn away around the edges. Thank you!!
There was a pothole here - on Smith Road, by one of the Meadowpark Apts entrances. And it appears it was repaired and they left a rectangular hole in the street? Is that permanent? It's still a jolt to drive over. We usually swerve a bit to avoid. Thank you!

Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. As you can see in the picture, you are NOT able to see oncoming vehicles as you try to exit the driveway. This needs to be cleared and/or needs a sign near the convenience store about a blind drive. It is very dangerous.
This is a follow-up. The initial report through this portal was on 2/11/19. It is case #167396. This situation is about to get worse as the weather improves and the vegetation begins to grow. The turn from Smith Road onto 10th street has poor visibility and is reported as being dangerous - could use additional signage or some other way to increase safety.
Several years ago stop signs were briefly installed on 10th at Smith and it was wonderful. Then they were pulled and we never try to make a left on 10th from Smith because it's just too dangerous. Would really love a light here. But stopsigns would be awesome.
