There is an old T.V. sitting out in front of the property. Sanitation does not pick up T.V.'s or computer monitors. Pleae issue ticket
The trash is always over-flowing from their trash cans. It is always stored in front of the house. This is a constant problem.

Ms. Sexton called because she is having a rat infestation from overflowing trash from the Elkins Apt. next door to her house. She said the trash problem is particularly bad after the weekends.
Mr. Baird reports that J-Max trash service empties the dumpster at 16th and Walnut improperly and trash is scattered all over the road and in front of his house. Air Quality Travel has the dumpster. Mr. Baird would like to be contacted with status of his complaint since this is an ongoing problem with J-Max.
There was previously 6-8 bags of trash in the back of this property. The City went out to check on the previous complaint and the tenants had put all of the trash in back of their pickup truck. After the inspector left the property the tenants put the trash in the yard again and added three more bags.
There are 6-8 bags of trash in back of the house located at 106 E. 16th Street. The trash has been there for at least 3 weeks.
