Mrs. Carlile called to report that the address next to 3341 N. Valleyview Dr. (She did not know the exact address.) has at least 25 bicycles in the front yard and 15 or so in the side and back yard. Mrs. Carlile is very upset about this and wuld like a call form the inspecter after they have looked at the property.

3-4 cars paked on the lawn all of the time.

The grass is 3 feet tall, and a lot of trash has been left in the yard
The tenants here have the let the grass get to high and they are also burning trash and the grass possibly.
