Several can have stickers but more than one bag in them. She says they are not over 40lbs and it is in 32 gallon cans. Notice left says must have sticker for each bag. Chris said 1 sticker per 32 Gallon can.

The grass is 3 feet tall, and a lot of trash has been left in the yard
The tenants here have the let the grass get to high and they are also burning trash and the grass possibly.

BPD dispatch left voice mail that this property recently burned and someone has removed the plywood from the door/windows.
Ms. Warren requested an adjustment on account for property she owns at 3341 N. Kinser Pike. Her tenant left owing 7 months utilities bills. She does not feel she should be held responsible for her tenant's unpaid bills.
