Students from Bloomington High School North park their vehicles on Valleyview Drive, mainly from Winding Way to Parkview Drive. Mr. Steele would like to have some type of signage indicating that this is resident parking only. Compainant is requesting no parking at the intersection of Briancliff and Kinser. He says that the he has called the City numerous times and that he has gotten no reponse. This morning his daughter was hit by a car at the intersection. He says that this is due to cars being parked at the corner.
