Complaintant said there is a car on Parkview between Windcrest & Stoneycrest that has been sitting there all summer with a flat tire. Address might be 3711 or 3722 or 3712. Complaintant said east side of street but Parkview runs east-west. Please note correct address if different.

There is high grass and trash everywhere. There is also a gas can sitting beside the road.
High grass. The weeds are now growing into the neighbors yard. A car is parked in the driveway with expired plates. The plates expired 4 years ago.
There is a house on Parkview near 3542 N. Valleyview Dr. that has tall grass. The citizen who called this in says they have called several times and nothing has been done.
Neighbor said grass is at least a foot tall -- house is vacant. She said owner owns other property in neighborhood and is not mowing them either. She also said same owner is running a "car dealership" out of one house in neighborhood.
Back yard has not been cut.
Citizen states that there is a very large brush pile.
Ms. Carlile states that Jeff Onkst owns the property at 3802 and never cuts the grass. She states that the grass is very high again.
