BPD dispatch left voice mail that this property recently burned and someone has removed the plywood from the door/windows.
Ms Cervone stated that the roof leaks and is coming down in her daugthers bedroom and other parts of the house, electrical wiring is not safe, sewer backs up, garage door has fallen down which she has had to secure, receptacles not working in her bedroom.

Owner,James R. Brown, wrote and stated he would like the bill for this property reviewed by USB Subcommittee. He does not think he should be responsible for large, delinquent account of his former tenants.
Sara Feuerbach, owner of 3411 Windcrest, does not feel she should be responsible for unpaid bill of former tenant (Victoria Johnson) because she was not timely notified of delinquency. Ms. Feuerbach requests review by the USB Administrative Subcommittee.
