Hello. When the team was here to repair the sidewalk two weeks ago, they left behind a washout bag full of concrete mix. Due to the rain, that mix is now filled with water and it is too heavy for me to lift. Please send someone to collect and dispose of the bag as the repair has been completed for over two weeks. The tree in front of this home has been damaged, possibly by a large vehicle. I have been meaning to report this but this morning a huge branch feel into the street. The tree is seriously damaged and is splitting and I am concerned about it.
