Caller would like to send an inspector out to check of the exterior deck that is over a flat roof due to amount of students on the deck and safety concerns regarding the structure. Caller wished to remain anonymous and have be report this on their behalf.

The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. There are a couple of cars parked illegally on fess just south of university. This is not the first time they have parked on the wrong side of the street.
The yellow curb paint around the 1st Street entrance to the alleyway between Park and Stull Aves has come off the curb. This is leading to people parking very close to the alleyway entrance in a zone that should be designated as non-parking. Many houses on this block have garages which are only accessible via the alley. When a car is parked illegally close to the alleyway it makes it difficult or impossible to see oncoming traffic. Please repaint the curb or enforce parking rules on those parking in non-parking areas before an accident occurs.
Car parked in front of a fire hydrant/yellow curb and too close the intersection. This happens ALL the time, curb really needs to be repainted.
Illegal parking happening regularly, creating a dangerous situation. Curb needs to be painted and sign placed.
It would be great if parking enforcement could come around some on big weekends. Most weekends cars are parked to intrude slightly on my drive, clearly parked in the visible yellow paint. It's mostly only annoying but does reduce visibility and can make it tricky for me to back out. Thanks!
