The owner of this renter-occupied building (Tariq Khan) has not taken the garbage out to the curb for pickup in four weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

Again, please help to rectify this issue and hold the homeowner accountable.) Daniel Perez reported that this address has a large and unsafe amount of broken glass around their front yard. This broken glass has been here for weeks apparently and the residents have put in no effort to clean up.

Multiple cars are parked on the wrong side of the street in a residential area as well as a U-Haul parked on the sidewalk blocking the side walk. This makes it incredibly hard to get through the street when cars are parked on both sides.
