Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.

The newish owners of this property have stopped trimming the overgrowth that moves west into the alley. 601 S Grant Street has recently sold and their small tree is now also not being trimmed and is in the alleyway. I submitted a ureport a couple of months ago without my name for the alley, but never heard back. Vehicles have to traverse this alley daily, and it is not being kept clear. Any enforcement is appreciated. Thanks!

Trash cans have now remained on the street for almost 1 month. There have been anywhere from 1-5 cans, currently 4-5. They are blocking the sidewalk.
