The portion of my property with a utilities right of way and that I am maintain is now blocked in a hazardous way. I open my gate as of yesterday May 2, 2024 to a deep 2-3 foot hole that now has 2 large pipes sticking up above ground level constituting a direct hazard to my rightful access. The company (Flagship Underground-phone: 773-964-9045) claims to be laying fiberoptic cable and said they were trying to locate the sewer and gas lines. What can you do to have these pipes moved and/or buried so that they not blocking my gate and presenting a tripping and access hazard? Thank you, Martha Nyikos

Overgrowth of trees in alleyway behind house is causing disruption of power lines and rubbing against transformers up and down the alleyway between S. Stull & S. Fess Ave. Our lights were blinking again today during the strong thunderstorm & we could see the lines being rubbed by tree limbs up & down the alley all the way between 1st St. & Maxwell. The power lines are bound to come down in strong wind. Please trim alleyway.

There are a series of very large pot holes in the alley between S. Fess Ave and S. Stull Ave. (Just off of 1st St.). Six houses off of this alley use this road for access to garages/parking off of the alley. It is now impossible to avoid these pot holes when driving through the alley as they take up most of the road. It is to the point that ones car tire goes nearly up to the axle when driving through one of them. Can the city please come and fill/repair these pot holes ASAP? Many Thanks!

Location: 806 S. Stull Ave., Bloomington A car is blocking my driveway AGAIN this morning! The yellow curb paint is wearing off across my driveway so it is difficult at night to see that a car should not park there. Can you please come out and repaint my yellow curb? Thank you so much! Betty Nagle reported that this portion of the street floods during any heavy rain event. She also explained that she and her neighbors have to make a conscious effort to clear debris from the inlet grates.

Is this broadband or sidewalk related? Concrete saws at work all over my neighborhood. That cut and some possibly related cracks running from utility covers to the curb are the first since I had my sidewalk replaced in the mid-1990s. For good reason, I assume.
