What is the value of creating uReport incidents for scooters? I recently created Case #181916 and got three emails, the first to tell me the case was created and I should contact Bird directly. The second, to tell me that the case is closed and a third saying that Anonymous assigned this case to Anonymous and providing a link to the case.
I also created 181882 over the weekend. Nothing has changed when I follow the link for the case.
I have contacted Bird directly before but typically they then tell me that the case is resolved and I have to explain that the case was closed the instant I created and I was referred to them. And then we go round and round and nothing happens. Can we just an scooters?

To Whom It May Concern:
I'm writing regarding recycling collection. On a few occasions during the past few months, including today, we have not had recycling picked up. I suspect that it's because our cans have been moved together since we put them out. My wife and I are well aware of the regulations that the recycling and trash cans must be separated on the street. On Sunday evenings, we put the cans out separated by at least six feet, as was the case last night. I came home from work today to find that the recycling was not picked up. Our trash can was moved adjacent to it. I'm not sure if it's because the trash pick up has set our can back too close, if it gets moved when the can falls over into the street when placed back, or if people are moving our cans because they want to park on the block, but this is a problem. I find this regulation of can separation extremely frustrating when we comply with the rules when we put our cans out only to have our recycling not picked up. Please reconsider how this system works. We simply don't have the luxury of time to sit and watch our cans until both have been picked up. We now have a bin full of recycling that will sit for another week with more accumulation occurring and nowhere to put it. We comply with the rules and should not be stuck in these situations simply because the system is too inflexible to handle adjacent bins that get moved after we put them out.
Sincerely,
Brian Kelly

On the north side of E. Smith Ave, roughly 25 yards west of the intersection with Henderson, there is a tree that is covered with poison ivy vines. The vines now hang over the sidewalk, making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk without bumping into poison ivy leaves.

Trash cans have been out on Ballantine Rd since last Thursday, first on sidewalk, now in street.

I’m writing with deep concern about the potential impact of the fiber optic project at our home at 809 S. Stull Ave.
On Nov. 25, a work crew moved heavy equipment onto our property and proceeded to operate with no advance warning or permission. We are currently out of town for the holiday, and a neighbor took the attached photo. We are astounded not only at the trespass, but also at the potential damage. We just spent significant money and time purchasing and planting bushes and several trees in the area where the crew was working. We are concerned also about our recently laid sewer line, and about the drilling of holes (see photo) directly next to a very large pin oak tree. We won’t be home and able to assess any damage ourselves until Dec. 8 but are anxious to hear from you ASAP about 1) recourse if there is damage to our property, and 2) city policy regarding work crews entering private property without warning or authorization.

Trash pickup was Monday morning. It is now Wednesday and the sidewalk is blocked by two trash cans. They are on Ballantine Road north of Hunter.
