The house at 516 has left out trash and trash cans for two days. I reported under trash, but realized that might not be the correct place, so I am making another report here.

The alley behind the houses (Highland and Hunter) 1310 E. Hunter is not passable. Can someone plow the snow and lay salt / sand? Students are starting to may their way back and need to access the alley.
