A tree located in the Davis St. right of way just blew down into the south end of our front yard. I write to request that the city remove the portion of the tree (c. 20+ ft.) that lies on our private property. Thank you, Eric Sandweiss
Right across the street from our house a pine tree is leaning to a very extreme angle and leans more every day. this is in danger of falling on a person or house. Will the city please take this tree down?
Indoor furniture (couch) in yard.
The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. Invasive bamboo continues to be a problem in the alley and property behind 415 E 1st Street. Bamboo grows into our yard from the alleyway and neighbor's property.
Alley needs gravel/grading
The first four street lamps east of Henderson/Indiana have a weird, purple haze that make it difficult to see at night. Glaring and annoying. Same issue with first two lamps east of Woodlawn. These are all on the south side of Atwater.
Newly installed lights on Hawthorne. The lights are so bright I could mow my lawn at midnight and that is with the trees in full leaf. I used to enjoy looking at the stars, but no more. I don't remember seeing any additional lights in the plan for the bike access between weatherstone and hawthorne. There are already lights at either end of the street marking the intersections so perhaps that aren't necessary. Could they be dimmed or adapted so the light is cast downward?
This newly installed light is very bright and shines directly into several windows.
