North-South alley running from 1st up to University and located between Henderson and Fess is a mess of pot holes - it is a paved alley and gravel has been to fill parts in but it is paved - few years ago new spur from 1st street fixed a lot of issue but now there are several deep potholes that run the length of the alley in this block. Has been patched by the city before but they are in bad shape. Recently got some orange spray paint markers on the alley but we don't know who put those down.

On the last yard waste collection day, my plastic can was knowcked over but not emptied. Can I take it to you to empty. i have some yard waste I need picked up in the next run and no room in the can. Thanks

I don't know if this is a problem or not. The water meter pit/hole in my backyard always has a puddle on top of it. I haven't tried to open the lid to see if the hole is full of water. I don't see it flowing under the fence into the parking lot. Do you have an explanation or will you investigate? Thanks Rich
