Bloomingfoods has a sandwich board sign without a permit.
Bloomingfoods has a temporary sign advertizing Christmas trees without a permit.
The road that leads to the Jordan parking garage (University Road?)has a large "pothole" that resulted in a blown tire. I would think this is a university maintained road since it is not on Jordan, but rather the side road that leads to the parking garage, but IU claims it is the city's responsibility. I have attached pictures. It appears this is from construction and/or utility work rather than natural erosion, and there is a sharp and steep edge/drop-off. I did not have a ruler with me, but used a standard size sharpie to show the depth. Using a ruler afterwards, the hard edge/cliff is approximately 5 inches. In the dark at night there is no lighting, and when making a left onto that road there is no way to see it with your headlights. In addition to requesting that the hole be repaired, I would like to receive reimbursement for the damaged (flat, non repairable)tire. Thank you for your time.
A very large pothole, probably at least 14 inches across and maybe almost a foot deep. Difficult to avoid due to congestion in that area. On east side of the road.
Cans at the curb, trash in the alley way behind the building.
I believe that the intersection of Hunter and Fess (one block North of the new Bloomingfoods store) should be changed from a 2 way stop to a 4 way stop. When travelling west on Hunter, it is very difficult to see any traffic coming up Fess (north bound) until you are completely in the street. This traffic on Fess does not stop today, while Hunter does stop. With the significant number of cars normally parked on Fess, it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic until you are nearly into the oncoming traffic lane. With the new Bloomingfoods, there seems to be a growing amount of traffic using Fess in this area. I regular use Hunter on my bicycle, and this intersection is the most dangerous one on Hunter, and would benefit from being converted to a 4 way stop.
