I'm new to Bloomington, currently residing on S Park Ave, so I'm not sure if the following has already been reported. I often find it frustrating that there is not a 4-way stop on at the "intersection" of 2nd st and S Park Ave. This isn't a typical intersection as 2nd street dead-ends into S Park causing drivers to have to turn right or left to continue on 2nd, depending on their direction. I realize that 2nd street has more traffic than S Park however traffic often gets backed up when drivers don't know who has the right-away. I've witness several close calls. I'm just looking for some feedback to see if this has been investigated and/or if anything can be done to address it.
Many thanks for your time and consideration!

I believe that the intersection of Hunter and Fess (one block North of the new Bloomingfoods store) should be changed from a 2 way stop to a 4 way stop. When travelling west on Hunter, it is very difficult to see any traffic coming up Fess (north bound) until you are completely in the street.
This traffic on Fess does not stop today, while Hunter does stop. With the significant number of cars normally parked on Fess, it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic until you are nearly into the oncoming traffic lane. With the new Bloomingfoods, there seems to be a growing amount of traffic using Fess in this area.
I regular use Hunter on my bicycle, and this intersection is the most dangerous one on Hunter, and would benefit from being converted to a 4 way stop.

At this curve someone from the right lane started entering into the left lane where my vehicle was traveling. We had to brake and apply the horn. It may be in part because there is no painted lines here. Time was at about 11am on Saturday April 5. Weather is rainy.

On the trail through the middle of Bryan Park, just east of the boardwalk, there is a low hanging branch. It's even lower when it's wet. It's too low to safely bike under it and even someone who is not tall has to duck to walk under it. It should be taken down.

The trail / path around Bryan Park is being obstructed on the northwest corner of the tennis courts. The bushes and brush are overgrown and reducing the width of the path significantly.

Can the City buy a leaf blower for the person who mows alone Sheridan and Southdowns east of Bryan Park? I noticed from Manor to Woodlawn on Sheridan the bike/pedestrian path is covered in grass clippings. This can be very dangerous for bicycles, as it can be very slippery and cause accidents. If the City properly equipped the employees, this could get cleaned up. This is not the first time I've noticed it. And the clippings sit for days and don't get removed. Finally reporting it. Let's make it safe out there!

Poison ivy is growing into the walking and bike lane all along Southdowns. This is a hazard to people walking, children, and pets who will transfer the oils to their owners.

There are several spots along the Rail Trail (dirt/gravel section of the B-Line) where dirt has been dug up across the full width of the trail to build impromptu bike jumps. This has resulted is trip hazards and an uneven trail surface. I counted 2 spots where his had occurred during my visit yesterday. Can someone review and hopefully correct this please?

Hi - the entrances to Bryan Park at Woodlawn and Southdowns present a hazard. A friend and I were riding bikes and this culvert is hidden when approaching from Southdowns. They didn’t see it, flipped over, and ended up in the creek drainage area. Please take a look at this area and install visible barriers. Thanks!
