I and several neighbors have an ongoing problem with a man on our street. He has two large vehicles parked on the street, another vehicle in his driveway and a large truck that has never been moved. Yesterday, he moved this Ford-350 close to my driveway and I cannot get out safely on the street as the truck blocks by view. This truck also blocks my sidewalk so visitors cannot come to my door for a visit. These problems with him have been going on for years and the Ford-350 has not been moved in more than a year. The Excursion is also a truck and it also blocks safety. Both of these vehicles do not have current plates and the man keeps telling the parking officers that he has then in the house and will put them on the vehicles. He has not done so. Finally, several people on our street are anger and resentful because the city has yet to force him to make needed changes so that all of us can be safe. There used to be a crosswalk across High Street connecting E Hunter Ave and the east side of High Street. When High Street was repaved recently, they covered the crosswalk, but evidence of it can still be seen on the east edge of High Street. Will that crosswalk be replaced? I used it frequently to get home. Thank you!

No street sign that used to be on top of stop sign pole. Zebra stripe crosswalk has mostly been paved over.

There is a dead deer in this yard near the 3rd St. side. This is the house just east of mine. It has been there for 3 days, and is producing a vivid stench.

the owner of 713 S. Clifton Avenue not only has dogs that continually bark, but the cats belonging to the house are left unattended to roam the street, killing baby birds/bunnies in their nest. Yesterday one of the cats aggressively ran at me in our yard. Its very disturbing to see such neglect with animals. It makes me wonder if they are not being fed properly.
