Water is slowly but continuosly leaking from the house at 501 South Mitchell across the Eastside neighborhood pocket park into the storm water runoff ditch. The leak location is close to the house's sewer cleanout and so possibly a sewage leak.

This is not a FOOD TRUCK but a FARM TRUCK question. Why is a vehicle with an expired farm truck (2016) license plate allowed to be parked in this location, where there is no farm to be seen in miles? It never moves, has just been sitting there for decades.
Report of overgrown grass at 400 S. High St. Reports have been made before but yard has only been mowed once since last year. Believes owner is living out of the state.
